• Refund Policy:

  • Tickets are 100% refundable until 31st December 2024​

  • Tickets are 50% refundable until 31st March 2025

  • Tickets are non-refundable after 31st march 2025

  • ** Transaction fee's will be deducted from Refund amount

• Tickets can be transferred to another person. This will not incur an administration fee.

• Tickets purchased for The  2025 Fiji on Fire Experience cannot be carried over to 2026+.

• Early Bird or Full-price Tickets can be transferred to another person. 

  • You will need to provide us with their details.

• Any changes to tickets must be finalised no later than 1 (one) month before the event.

• Although the current advertised speakers are committed to this event, we recognise that unforeseen circumstances may lead to any of the advertised speakers being unable to attend – if this is the case, rest assured that the line-up will be sensational, but the organisers reserve the right to change it without notice (although of course we will let you know).

• If the event is cancelled completely due to unforeseeable and or grave circumstances by The Fiji-onFire Fire-starters, you will be refunded the value of your ticket minus the booking fee of $99 per ticket.

• 100% money back guarantee – if you’re not entirely satisfied with your experience at The Fiji on Fire Experience you may be entitled to a full refund of your ticket price subject to the following conditions:

• • You must have attended 100% of the 2-days of the Fiji on Fire Experience in-person.

  • You have voiced your concerns with either of the Fire-starters Nick and Ash at some stage during the event.

  • You have also voiced your concerns by the last day of the event
